What is Hackathon you ask?

Computer Society of India-MJCET and ECELL- MJCET have always tried to incite the innovative and competitive spirit of students since 2014 through 'Hackathon'. It's a marathon where you spend a period of time building, creating and delivering a product to the best of your team's creative and technical ability.

The idea is to collaboratively code in an extreme manner, to start from scratch and end with a working prototype; which can confirm with the problem statement given and the domain selected. Problem statements will be regarding the issues and scenarios faced in real time by the general public in various sectors like Medicine, Transport, Crime , Safety, Commerce, etc

Note:

• Each team should comprise of 3-6 members including the team leader.
• Participants are requested to be on time for registrations and other formalities.
• Projects that incorporate peripheral hardware that may need additional space (such as large robotic devices, drones, etc.) must be pre-approved by the organizers.
• At least one team member must be physically present during sign-in, and one must be conscious and present to present the project to the judges during their assigned presentation time.
• Any intellectual property developed during the hackathon will belong to the team that developed it.
