Established in the year 1980 under Sultan-Ul-Uloom Education Society (SUES), Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology is a Minority Autonomous Educational Institution affiliated to Osmania University, Hyderabad and approved by AICTE, New Delhi along with four UG programs Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering accredited by NBA for a period of 3 years from 2024-25 to 2026-27 up to 30-6-2027 and accredited by the NAAC with Grade A+ in the year 2024 and the Institution of Engineers, India. Located at Banjara Hills and spread over a sprawling 25 acre of land, the college with its serene and picturesque natural landscape is an ideal destination in all aspects to create innovative engineers to face the cut-throat competitions in the global technological scenario. Online FDP on Emerging Technologies for Engineering Education : Quantum Computing, AI-Driven Cyber Security & Machine Learning 2026
A Ten-Day Online Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Emerging Technologies for Engineering Education: Quantum Computing, AI-Driven Cyber Security and Machine Learning” was conducted from 11th to 22nd August 2026. The programme was designed to provide faculty members with contemporary knowledge and practical perspectives on emerging technologies relevant to engineering education, research and professional practice. The sessions covered Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Quantum Computing, AI for Cyber Security, IoT Security, Biometric Security, Computer Vision, Medical Image Processing, Reinforcement Learning, Blockchain, AI model security and privacy, Quantum Communications, Ensemble Learning and Deep Learning for Autonomous Vehicles. The programme featured resource persons from NIT Warangal, IIT Indore, IIT Jodhpur, NIT Raipur and industry. The sessions combined foundational concepts with advanced applications, providing participants with a broad overview of emerging technologies and their relevance to engineering education.

The event brought together budding technologists, cloud enthusiasts, and creative thinkers to celebrate a year of hands-on learning, impactful projects, and community-driven growth. A highlight of the celebration was the Project Exhibition , where students demonstrated real-world solutions developed using AWS technologies. From AI and cybersecurity to IoT and sustainable tech, the stalls reflected the diversity and depth of student innovation. Adding to the excitement, the event featured interactive stalls, tech demos, and live showcases — turning the venue into a dynamic tech carnival. Visitors explored cutting-edge solutions and engaged directly with student innovators. To encourage and reward excellence, a competitive prize pool was introduced. Projects were evaluated on innovation, technical soundness, and social impact, with the best-performing teams earning recognition and prizes. The Annual Day wasn't just a celebration of milestones — it was a testament to the club’s vision: empowering students to dream big, build boldly, and lead with purpose in a cloud-first era.

Expogenix’25 – Annual Project Exhibition by the Department of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence successfully hosted Expogenix’25, its Annual Project Exhibition, on 17th July 2025 at Ghulam Ahmed Hall. The event showcased over 50 innovative projects developed by 150 students from the AIML, AIDS, and CSE(AI) branches, highlighting cutting-edge applications in Artificial Intelligence, Real-Time Systems, Full Stack Development, IoT, and Cybersecurity. The exhibition was inaugurated by Dr. Manoj A. Patil, AI Head at Purview Services, Hyderabad, as Chief Guest, and Mr. Kashif H. Syed, Vice President of Engineering at Mavvrik Inc., Hyderabad, as Guest of Honour. Both guests lauded the students' creativity and stressed the importance of industry-aligned, project-based learning in today’s evolving tech landscape. A distinguished panel of industry experts evaluated the projects, making the exhibition a dynamic platform for students to demonstrate their technical skills, innovation, and problem-solving abilities. In addition to the live project demonstrations, the event also featured a Poster Exhibit, where students presented visual summaries of their project ideas, methodologies, and outcomes. The poster session encouraged peer learning, constructive feedback, and academic engagement, while the high quality of the posters reflected the participants’ research depth and clarity of thought.
