A Placement Cell functions in the College for counseling the students regarding higher studies and employment opportunities within India and abroad.

The Training & Placement Cell plays an integral role in creating the illustrious placement record of MJCET. It ensures smooth functioning of the placement activities in the campus. The center further facilitates training activities of the students and makes sure they get placed in the best companies.

The Cell renders advice, assistance and guidance to students in the following areas:

To prepare students to face campus interviews by arranging training in Aptitude (Logical/Quantitative/Verbal/Maths), Mock tests, group discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews through professional trainers

Encourage Students to participate in Hackathons and coding contests

Campus interviews and final placements

Counseling for higher studies and foreign travel

Extension lectures
